Summary:

Directs, supervises, plans and implements the programmatic and administrative operations of the program; directs staff in implementation of Sanctuary plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for the oversight and implementation of care and administration of resources for the purpose of meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of all residents.

· Responsible for the administration of all aspects of the sites operation- including but not limited to: case management, employment, housing placements, medical chart compliance, recreational activities, security, maintenance, and food service.

· Interview, hire, supervise and set up training for team members to achieve program goals and provide leadership, guidance, direction, and supervision to all staff to ensure accurate and timely completion.

· Develop program content to address resident’s needs related to daily activities, managing time, resources, and adhering to sanctuary rules and regulations.

· Maintain all regulatory agency standards to ensure resident’s needs are met (related to food and emergency supplies, linen, personal belongings, residential mail, laundry, personal care items, etc.)

· Review the analysis of the program and other available data to make programmatic improvement.

· Develops and maintains cooperative relationships with community agencies and organizations; represents program at appropriate meetings and community events.

· Organize onsite and offsite training opportunities for professional staff development.

· Provide assistance and follow up in regards to critical incidents with residents.

· Manage the day to day operations of programs in a community including organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning and implementation, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.

· Manage the implementation of program planning; monitor delivery of services and supports; ensure services are consistent, engaging, and relevant to the individuals served.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in related field or equivalent.

· Comprehensive skills and schedule flexibility

· Strong interpersonal skills with team leadership experience.

· Sound understanding of funding and industry regulations.

· The ability to meet compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 per year
