August – “INTEGRITY” ELMCOR VALUE OF THE MONTH
Congratulations to Linda Booth, Clinical Director, who has been selected to represent the Elmcor Value of Integrity. Linda exudes this value daily as a committed employee of Elmcor. She works with a constant pulse on the ethical components of what it takes to be a quality service provider to those individuals and families that come to us at some of the most vulnerable times of their lives. In her position she has to make many, very difficult decisions that will have lasting effects on the agency or on a person’s life; and she does so always asking first “what is the right thing to do, not what is the most popular”.
Ms. Booth wants to be sure that while executing her duties here at Elmcor she doesn’t dishonor herself or others by not being true to who she is, and by always giving 100% to all she does. Linda’s colleagues have expressed that she is “a woman of strong moral character”, doesn’t waver from her good character, and will always advocate for what is right for her participants. She is a reliable and dependable co-worker, if Linda says she will be there or will do something, you can count on her to fulfill the task. Linda is always pushing through, leading by example and sharing with others the gifts she has been afforded through her professional and personal growth. Her integrity is what assists her to be true to the work and the families we serve here at Elmcor.
